For registered attendees, the event will begin at 9 a.m. ET, and will also be webcast.
Key members of TriMas and Horizon Global (which includes the Cequent businesses) executive and operating teams will be there to discuss each company’s vision, strategies and objectives post the planned spin-off, which is targeted for completion during mid-2015.
