Fitch Affirms Trimont's Commercial Real Estate Servicer Ratings

NEW YORK--()--Fitch Ratings affirms the commercial real estate servicer ratings for Trimont Real Estate Advisors, Inc. (Trimont), as follows:

--Commercial primary servicer at 'CPS2+';

--Commercial special servicer at 'CSS2'.

The primary servicer rating reflects an assessment of the company's efficient primary servicing operations as well as established policies and procedures for loan servicing with internal controls to meet the requirements of its diverse client base. The special servicer rating reflects Trimont's workout experience with more than 2,800 commercial real estate loan resolutions since its inception.

Both ratings reflect the tenure and experience of the company's management and staff; however, Trimont continues to experience higher turnover compared to other Fitch rated servicers. The company continues to exhibit a commitment to its technology platform, and diversify its client base. The senior management team has commenced an executive search for a new CEO who is expected to be named in mid-2015.

Trimont is exclusively a third-party commercial real estate company. It provides a range of services to real estate lenders and investors on both debt and equity investments, including primary and special servicing.
