GLEN MILLS, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--It’s been said that ”the more you do, the more you can do,” and when it comes to collision repair training this is definitely the case. Axalta Coating Systems, a leading global manufacturer of liquid and powder coatings, will demonstrate its commitment to supporting the collision repair industry by launching its new e-learning program called the Axalta Learning Campus at Automechanika Chicago 2015 on April 24-26 in Chicago, Illinois. The Axalta Learning Campus offers web-based training content that can be accessed and tracked anytime, anywhere.
“The Axalta Learning Campus provides refinish technicians with the ability to register for our traditional in-person training center classes and e-learning opportunities,” explained Jim Evans, Training Director, North America for Axalta. “Content includes quick tip videos, webinars and much more. The Learning Campus allows participants to select the content that is most important to them in order to help them improve their knowledge and be more productive. The Learning Campus puts customized training capability at their fingertips, allowing collision repair business owners and managers to select the management training modules that are most relevant for them.”
In addition to showcasing the Learning Campus at the show, Axalta will highlight its ColorNet® formula-retrieval system and its ProfitNet® collision management system. Painters will also have the opportunity to demo Axalta’s waterborne systems.
Visit the Axalta event website and sign up ahead of time for sessions in the mixing room and paint booth. Each day we will feature waterborne basecoats using one of our global refinish brands - Standox® on Friday, April 24; Cromax® on Saturday, April 25; and Spies Hecker® on Sunday, April 26.
