NEW YORK--()--Argyle Executive Forum is offering employees a first-ever perk: The NYC-based B2B marketing services company rented a vacation house in East Hampton for employees to travel to, free of charge. This haven for employees is the latest perk being offered as part of Argyle’s commitment to their employees’ happiness.

Located on East Hampton’s bay side, the 2,000 sq. ft. house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, gym, fireplace, in-ground pool and patio with a grill. Located only one block from the water, Argyle’s Hampton house is open to all employees.

“Our goal as an organization is to create value for our employees, and this is a fresh way to do that,” said Joe Rosenbaum, Argyle’s Vice President of Human Resources. “We like to do things that ‘wow’ our employees, and the Hampton house is in that spirit.”

With summer approaching, Argyle used a lottery system to designate vacation dates to self-selected employee groups. Every employee is guaranteed a trip to the Hampton house at least once during the peak travel season and may bring a guest. After the summer lottery plays out, employees will choose travel dates on a first-come, first-served basis.

“The house is amazing! I feel very lucky to be part of an organization that is so generous to its employees and takes good care of us,” said Natalie Taylor, a sales department representative for Argyle.

“I’ve never heard of other companies renting a vacation house in East Hampton for their employees,” said Liz Parsons, a client success manager for Argyle. “It’s so nice to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan and escape to a quiet area to relax. It’s also great to hang out with my coworkers in a setting outside of the office.”

“We are committed to providing awesome perks for our team as part of our corporate culture,” said Jason Redlus, founder of Argyle Executive Forum. “We think that this house is a special way to let our employees know that we care about them.”

“If we need anything at all, Argyle’s HR team and leadership are so supportive. It makes a big difference when you work at a company that cares, and that’s a main reason why I’m really happy here,” added Taylor.
