Livefyre Appoints Kenneth Grosso as SVP of Global Sales

Seasoned global sales executive will lead sales and account management worldwide

SAN FRANCISCO--()--Livefyre, the leading real-time content marketing and engagement platform, today announced it has appointed Kenneth Grosso as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Grosso has spent the last 20 years developing successful global sales organizations within the digital and brand marketing industries, and at Livefyre he will manage all revenue generating lines of business, including the global sales and account management teams.

Grosso joins Livefyre at a critically important time in the company’s growth. In November 2014, Livefyre launched Livefyre Studio, the only content marketing and engagement platform built for user-generated content, enabling it to expand into new markets. In February 2015, Livefyre announced $47 million in new funding to further expand research and development, sales and marketing, adding marketing cloud giants Adobe and Salesforce Ventures as new strategic investors.

Most recently, Grosso served as the Regional Vice President at Thismoment, a digital content marketing company, where he built a successful sales team, helped shape the product and guided the company to nearly $50 million in total funding. Prior to Thismoment, Grosso was the CEO and co-founder of Powered by Professionals, a service firm that started and incubated charitable organizations. There, he raised over $23 million in donations. Grosso also served as President and CRO at Promotions.com, a company offering brands software to produce digital contests and promotions, where he helped the company raise over $50 million in private funding and $50 million in an Initial Public Offering on the NASDAQ.
