GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Selling Simplified, a leading global provider of Marketing as a Service (MaaS) solutions fueling sales pipeline growth for technology sales organizations, announced today the arrival of two new executives on their management team with Mark Elder as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Daniel de Mos as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Earlier last week, Selling Simplified announced securing $2.8M of development capital. This round of funding will allow the company to accelerate customer acquisition and expand upon their innovative MaaS platform. Mark Elder and Daniel de Mos will be instrumental in driving the growth of the company.
Mark Elder joins Selling Simplified from his former position as Principle Solutions Consultant at TIBCO, where he worked for nearly 11 years. With his help TIBCO grew from $300M revenue in 2004 to a $1B company in 2014. Prior to TIBCO, Mark ran his own consulting organization, specializing in IT Project Remediation and Recovery. He also worked as a Senior Vice President at Transaction Information Systems.
Mark has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Information Systems, and an MBA in Information Systems Management.
Daniel de Mos comes to Selling Simplified with 20 years of experience spanning the High Technology, Real Estate, Financial Services and Management Consulting industries. He has held the position of Senior Financial Officer over the past 8 years for companies specializing in innovative, cutting-edge products in the digital/content marketing, software and IT infrastructure spaces. More specifically, Daniel has scaled financial operations in high-growth organizations through consistent 40-60% year-on-year growth in the Bay area at BrightTALK Inc. and at Elliptical Mobile Solutions.
Daniel holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. He attained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in addition to a Diploma in Management Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
