CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fay Servicing, a residential mortgage special servicer, announced that the company’s general counsel and chief compliance officer, Loren Morris, will be speaking on a panel titled, “Effectively Managing Compliance and Operational Enhancements: Cost and Risk Containment” at the SourceMedia Mortgage Servicing Conference on April 23 in Dallas, Texas.
The panel focuses on compliance risk and concerns, managing commercially available tools and techniques, building an infrastructure to support compliance obligations and accessing outsourcing opportunities.
Morris brings more than 25 years of experience to the panel, with expertise in the financial services, mortgage banking, servicing and secondary market industries. In his current position at Fay Servicing, Morris is responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal and compliance initiatives.
