FRANKLIN, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As the country continues regaining jobs (employers added 295,000 of them in February and unemployment moved down to 5.5 percent according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics), Franklin, Tennessee-based talent acquisition and development firm Ryan Search & Consulting has hired another consultant to address its own growth.
Madeline Walker Garvin joins Ryan Search as a consultant and will help handle the five-year-old firm's recruitment efforts. The company's clients are predominantly in the healthcare, life sciences, architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing and economic development fields.

Garvin boards Ryan Search from the Office of the First Lady, State of Tennessee, where she was executive assistant to the First Lady, Crissy Haslam. In November 2014, Governor Bill Haslam was re-elected governor of Tennessee.
Prior to her duties with the First Lady, Garvin was director of customer experience for Taylor Pearl, retail management intern for Nordstrom in Atlanta, GA, digital media & editorial intern for Parthenon Publishing in Nashville and development & events intern at Pearl Point Cancer Support in Nashville.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and made the Dean's List six out of her eight semesters at Vanderbilt. She was a Vanderbilt Tour Guide and personnel chairman and Panhellenic delegate for Chi Omega Sorority.
