Now in its fourth year, the vacuum study measures satisfaction with upright vacuums by evaluating six key factors: ease of use, features, performance, price, styling/appearance and warranty. Shark has once again bested Dyson® in the upright category, and took top honors in more study categories than 2014, leading all upright competitors in ease of use, features and performance.
