Allison+Partners Expands Key Leadership Roles to Drive Global Growth

NEW YORK--()--Allison+Partners today announced the promotion of two senior executives who will help guide the agency’s continued global expansion. Jonathan Heit, a co-founder, president and senior partner, has been elevated to president, Americas. Heit will oversee Allison+Partners’ North American operations, while exploring opportunities to build an agency footprint in South America. Matthew Della Croce, senior partner and global head, corporate practice, has been elevated to president, Europe and Global Corporate. In this role, Della Croce will lead the continued growth of the corporate practice globally, as well as accelerating the agency’s expansion in Europe.

“As we further advance our presence in global markets, it’s critical we have leadership in place with experience leading cross-geographic teams, a track record in serving global clients, and an understanding of our unique culture,” said CEO Scott Allison. “Jonathan and Matt are ideally suited to help lead Allison+Partners into its next chapter of success.”

Heit is a founding partner and has served as president since 2011. In recent years, the agency has experienced explosive growth and doubled annual revenues from $19 million to $37 million. Heit established and served as global head of the agency’s technology practice, and has been instrumental in evolving its digital capabilities. He also remains actively involved in clients including Samsung, Mozilla and iRobot.

“Allison+Partners has emerged as a global player in one of the most exciting periods in the history of communications, and our ability to innovate and stay ahead of the curve has been paramount to our success,” said Heit. “I look forward to working closely with our incredibly talented GMs and practice area heads to ensure they have the resources necessary to continue to thrive in this environment, as well as launching the agency in South America.”

Della Croce founded the agency’s corporate practice in 2009. During his tenure, the practice has expanded its capabilities to include corporate branding, crisis management, financial communications and employee engagement, winning such clients as UL, PKWare and RetailMeNot. Della Croce also drove the agency’s expansion into London, helping to quadruple the office’s revenues, and heralded the agency’s foothold in France last year.

“Clients in the European marketplace are looking for an alternative to both the large, monolithic holding company-owned agencies and small, single geography firms,” said Della Croce. “Allison+Partners is perfectly positioned as a fast-growing, global midsize agency to deliver award-winning work and a strong workplace culture to attract the best talent and clients.”
