LINKÖPING, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:
The Board of Directors of the IT and medical technology company Sectra (STO:SECTB) has decided to postpone the publication of the company’s Year-end Report for the 2014/2015 financial year by one day to Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. The Board has also decided on the dates for Sectra’s financial reporting for the next financial year.
The reason for the decision to change the date of reporting is that another Swedish medical technology company will publish its year-end report on the date that Sectra had previously scheduled. As a result of Sectra rescheduling its report, investors, analysts and shareholders that monitor the companies will have greater opportunity to attend both companies’ presentations.
