LAUREL, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aquilent, a recognized leading provider of Mobile, Web, Cloud and Portal solutions shaping the next generation of technology for the federal government, has promoted Brian Westhoff to Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Development. In his new role, Westhoff is heading up the company’s newly centralized Sales Group, formed in early 2015 to focus on larger contracts and longer-term opportunities.
Mr. Westhoff specializes in creating business value through innovative technology solutions. Over his 20+ year career, he has held executive and senior management positions at large established firms as well as several startups. Mr. Westhoff has first-hand experience in business development, strategy innovation, technology application, business and market analysis, staff leadership and development, customer relationships, and more. He has extensive program management experience, with documented success running enterprise-level consulting engagements as well as entire consulting practices.
Prior to his appointment as EVP of Corporate Business Development, Mr. Westhoff served as Vice President for Aquilent’s Healthcare Business Unit. In this role, he led both sales and delivery focused on key healthcare customers across HHS and VA.
