Edifecs, CAQH, Aetna and eHI Participate in Executive Round Table Discussion on Operating Rules

Industry leaders will discuss Operating Rules impact, testing and certification and strategies for ongoing maintenance and compliance

BELLEVUE, Wash.--()--Edifecs, a global health information technology solutions company, will host in an executive round table with other industry leaders from e-Health Initiative, Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare and Committee for Operating Rules for Information Exchange (CAQH CORE), America’s Health Insurance Plans and Aetna to discuss Operating Rules compliance and how it will simplify transactions and generate billions in savings industry wide.

Earlier this week, CAQH CORE announced its 2014 CAQH Index which revealed that “U.S. healthcare could save $8 million annually with the adoption of six routine business transactions in healthcare.” Because Operating Rules were created to standardize the exchange of information, many organizations are taking a strategic approach and using their compliance initiatives to consolidate vendors, embrace CORE Operating Rules standards and create a frictionless exchange of information in order to realize tremendous reductions in operating expenses.

During this executive round table webinar, some of the biggest and most influential stakeholder organizations in compliance of CORE Operating Rules will discuss the future of the initiative and impact on interoperability, lessons learned from CORE testing and certification and strategies for ongoing maintenance and compliance.
