BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blueport Commerce, the leading provider of e-commerce technology and services for the retail furniture industry, recently unveiled newly updated, responsive websites for client American Signature Inc., parent company of Value City Furniture and American Signature Furniture stores. American Signature is ranked #12 on Furniture|Today’s list of Top 100 furniture retailers.
Since the fully responsive site rolled out, sales made via smartphones on the Value City Furniture and American Signature Furniture websites have increased 127% compared to the same period last year. Across all devices, conversion on the new sites is up 39% compared the same period last year.
American Signature went live on the Blueport platform in May of 2013. This is the third generation of Blueport websites launched for American Signature since then, in addition to numerous enhancements and features added to each generation along the way.
