CEO and Chief Research Officer Mark Smith Led Breakout Discussion on the Role of Metrics in Creating a More Motivated Workforce

He kicked off the discussion by revealing Ventana’s research on the state of HR analytics: while 78 percent of professionals see actionable analytics as important, 51 percent are dissatisfied with their analytic processes and 63 percent state that the data they need is not available. Smith’s presentation then addressed the specific places that analytics can impact workforce engagement, especially where it contributes to learning, talent management, and collaboration.
