NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PadSquad, a mobile software and advertising technology firm, is proud to announce that it has joined the Mobile Marketing Association, otherwise known as the MMA, the leading global trade association for the mobile marketing industry. PadSquad’s MMA membership will include participation in the mobile native and video committees.
Led by industry leaders InMobi and Yahoo, the native mobile committee is a new program intended to make this new ad format viable and valuable to brand marketers. Besides offering education on best practices, this group will also work to establish necessary standards in definitions and measurement to help drive broad adoption by brand marketers.
The Mobile Video Committee focuses its efforts on developing guidelines and best practices for the use of mobile video advertising within traditional and digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, the group researches and reviews mobile video advertising practices that are currently in use across the various trade organizations, to identify and build on existing standards.
