NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Boyden, a global leader in executive search with 70 offices in over 40 countries, announced today that Kimberley Rice has joined the firm’s New York office as a Partner in the Global Healthcare and Life Science Practice.
“Kim’s background in managing a number of diverse international markets will be a key asset to our global team and New York office,” said Jeanne Branthover, Managing Partner of Boyden New York. “As we continue to take on global healthcare assignments, specifically for our pharma and biotech client base, it is critical that we have the expertise of partners of Kim’s caliber to help build our client relationships.”
Ms. Rice brings to Boyden more than 25 years of experience in the global life sciences space, having managed searches for companies across Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe and the U.S. She has gained extensive knowledge in specialty pharmaceutical and biologics companies as well as medical devices, diagnostics and consumer healthcare companies.
Rice’s board, C-level and other senior executive assignments range from multinationals to small and mid-cap, and early stage companies as well as organizations that invest in or provide to the industry.
Prior to Boyden, Ms. Rice founded offices in New Jersey, New York and Ireland for another leading global search firm. After beginning her career in executive search generalist, she then started and led her own search firm for more than 10 years before selling to a global company. Most recently, she built the U.S. business side of a UK-based life science specialty firm before joining Boyden.
