Taylor, who most recently served as Chief Revenue Office of Vault.com and Infobase Holdings, has 30 years of experience in establishing and leading teams that sell new technology and online media to the HR industry. In his new role, he will lead global sales strategy and execution as Simply Hired’s ongoing innovation in job search continues to drive exceptional value for job seekers and recruiters.

Taylor comes to Simply Hired as the company continues to build new, high-impact solutions for job seekers and employers. Before joining Simply Hired, Taylor was the Chief Revenue Officer at Infobase Holdings, Inc. where he was responsible for all subsidiary companies, as well as a sales team of forty members. Taylor previously held the Chief Revenue Officer role at Vault.com, a provider of career related content to students at leading universities. When Vault.com merged with Infobase Learning and Learn360, Bob spent two years as Chief Revenue Officer for the combined companies.
Prior to Vault.com, Taylor spent a year developing a startup with Employment LLC and was a member of the Yahoo! / Hot Jobs team as a Regional Sales Manager where he led the east coast major accounts team.
Taylor began his career in online human capital with the launch of Insurance Connections!, an online community for insurance professionals, which he later sold to the Bernard Hodes Group, one of the first advertising agencies dedicated to helping companies build their employment brands and source candidates. At Hodes, Taylor was responsible for business development for the online communities business and creating the agency's global interactive marketing strategy. This role included building the teams and capabilities for delivering those products and services, as well as positioning and selling those offerings to Hodes clients. He holds a BS in Marketing and Economics from the University of Maryland College Park.
