For the B2C report, Forrester analyzed 10 companies that provide B2C commerce services and concluded that leaders “play a critical role in defining the future state of digital business together with their clients.”

Service providers were evaluated on strategy, customer experience design, technology and managed services capabilities, among other categories. SapientNitro was, again, named a leader.
