Jennifer joins Rocket Fuel with more than 20 years of experience implementing human resources strategies for leading brands including Salesforce, LivingSocial, Electronic Arts, Yahoo! and CNET. Jennifer will report directly to Rocket Fuel CEO, George John.

Jennifer brings an extensive background in human resources at several transformative industry-leading companies. She has held senior positions at a number of global organizations, including LivingSocial where she served as Vice President, Human Resources. During her tenure at LivingSocial, Jennifer led a massive global expansion, onboarding more than 4,500 employees within a six-month period. While at Salesforce, she evaluated, selected and implemented various talent management systems resulting in increased alignment and performance. Jennifer also held senior human resources leadership roles at Lithium Technologies, Yahoo! and Electronic Arts.
