STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arthur D. Little (ADL, est. 1886), the global management consultancy linking strategy, innovation and transformation in technology-intensive industries, today announced the appointment of Petter Kilefors as Managing Partner and CEO of ADL in the Nordic. The mission for Petter will be to lead ADL Nordic towards its growth strategy. Petter will in his new role report directly to the global Chairman of the Board and President Ignacio Garcia-Alves.

After joining ADL in 1997 Petter was promoted partner in record time, at the age of 28 he was the youngest partner ever. He has been one of ADL's most sought for advisors in a variety of complex issues and sectors. Early on, Petter was recognized by business weekly Veckans Affärer’s at the list of young people in power positions and has held the role of Global Practice Leader for ADL’s Strategy & Organization Practice with operations in 25 countries for many years.
Petter replaces Bo Lenerius, who has been leading ADL Nordic as CEO for 15 years. Bo will remain on the Nordic leadership team and as a member of ADL’s Global Board of Directors and management; however, he will devote the majority of his time to business and client development.
