Davis will lead daily operations of the company, as well as identify areas for business expansion. Merit Resource Group has one of the largest human resources networks available that has been developed over the company’s 26-year history and serves all industries.
Ms. Davis comes to Merit with an extensive background in HR and in leading organizations. For the past 25 years, she has worked at executive levels in HR in a variety of industries, including the past nine years as the CEO for NCHRA where she became a recognized voice for the profession.
