All activities are captured in a single database, allowing coordination between departments while maintaining departmental autonomy.
- Accela Service Request – Automates and manages interdepartmental or citizen requests for service, complaints or injuries.
- Accela Code Enforcement – Empowers code officers and manages cases in the field with GIS scheduling, mobile case management and access, and citizen feedback.
