The City of Knoxville is committed to providing an open, transparent government and great city services to its more than 182,000 residents. In order to strengthen its citizen engagement, it is using the Accela Civic Platform as the foundation of an integrated digital system designed to coordinate multiple departments, save money, and better track 311 and other work requests.
