Dorsey joins the TinderBox board after leading the meteoric growth of marketing technology leader ExactTarget for nearly 14 years from its inception to initial public offering and through its acquisition by Salesforce.

Dorsey assumes the chairmanship from TinderBox Co-Founder Mike Fitzgerald who remains a member of the company’s board of directors.
