SIOUX FALLS, S.D.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Great Western Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: GWB) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to its shareholders. This is the first cash dividend paid to Great Western shareholders since the company completed its initial public offering in October 2014.
A quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share will be paid on February 23, 2015, to all shareholders of record as of February 12, 2015. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
