FORT SMITH, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The New England Patriots will beat the Seattle Seahawks, 38-24, in Super Bowl XLIX, a space alien named Cyryc told a national radio audience Wednesday night.
Cyryc made the prediction through a translator during a call to “Mack Maloney’s Military X-Files Show” on KGRA worldwide digital radio.
The syndicated weekly show features military personnel describing their experiences with the paranormal. Host Mack Maloney and producer Race Hobbs talk with veterans and others who say they’ve been kidnapped by aliens, gone for rides in UFOs, and encountered ghosts at military installations.
"We're like the ‘Howard Stern Show’ for fans of the paranormal," Maloney said. "Every week is something different and usually really strange. Having an alien call in to predict the Super Bowl winner is actually somewhat ‘normal’ for us."
"Cyryc told us he's from a planet 750 million light years from Earth and that he can predict the future," Hobbs added. "And it's always good to have friends in high places."
The show, originating from KGRA Digital Broadcasting in Fort Smith, Arkansas, is broadcast live every Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern on KGRAradio.com. It's also syndicated by Radioactive Broadcasting of San Diego.
The entire alien interview can be heard at KGRAradio.com.
On the air since 2012, KGRA offers live talk radio nightly with more than a dozen shows covering all aspects of the paranormal. Hobbs is the station's founder and general manager.
In addition to hosting his radio show, Maloney is also the author of the best-selling science-fiction book series "Wingman" and "UFOs in Wartime," published by Penguin Books. He lives in the Boston area.
