Dr. Jackson’s presentation, titled, “From Knowledge Innovation to Personalized Pharmacovigilance,” will highlight how the integrated computational analysis of genetic, pharmacological and clinical parameters can be used to identify safer effective treatment options for cancer patients.
As part of the “Detection and Molecular Analysis of Drug-induced Adverse Events” track, Dr. Jackson is scheduled to present on January 27th at 8:30 a.m. Pacific Time as part of Track 2 of the conference.
Also presenting as part of the “Detection and Molecular Analysis of Drug-induced Adverse Events” track is Molecular Health advisor and clinical professor and director of the Center for Pharmacometrics and Systems Pharmacology at the University of Florida in Orlando, Lawrence J. Lesko, Ph.D., F.C.P. Dr. Lesko’s presentation, titled, “Optimized Drug Treatments in Patient Care: Safety Matters,” will highlight how the industry needs to use existing targeted therapy drugs in the best way possible by understanding mechanisms related to drug safety, mitigating the risk of toxicities and thereby preserving the benefits of targeted therapies and the quality of life for patients.
Dr. Lesko is scheduled to present on January 27th at 8:15 a.m. Pacific Time as part of Track 2 of the conference.
