Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico Informs Regarding Stock Purchase and Sale

GUADALAJARA, Mexico--()--Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE:PAC)(BMV:GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announced that it was notified by Aeropuertos Mexicanos del Pacífico, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“AMP”) of the following:

Pursuant to a notification by the parties, by means of the Stock Purchase and Sale Agreement dated November 19, 2014, Desarrollo de Concesiones Aeroportuarias, S.L., the seller, transferred the total amount of its shares of AMP to Controladora Mexicana de Aeropuertos, S.A. de C.V., the buyer. As a result, the buyer’s ownership of AMP equals 66.66%, while Aena Desarrollo Internacional, S.A. owns the remaining 33.33%.

As a result of this transaction, Messrs. Carlos del Río Carcaño (proprietary member), Julián Fernández Rodes (alternate member) and Vicente Grau Alonso (alternate member), have submitted their resignation from GAP’s Board of Directors.
