(SEH®) – a 700-person engineering and architecture firm headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota – named three new Board Members at their 2014 Annual Meeting held October 30. The SEH Shareholders and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) members elected two internal candidates Bruce Olson, PE and Terry Wotzka, PE, and external candidate Brian Davis to serve on the SEH Board of Directors.
Bruce Olson, PE is a Principal and the Practice Center Leader for Environmental, Natural Resources and Water Resources. He joined SEH in 1999 and most recently served as Secretary on the SEH Board of Directors.
Terry Wotzka, PE is a Principal, Project Manager and Client Service Manager in the St. Cloud, Minn. office. He has been serving municipal and private sector clients in the St. Cloud area for 28 years.
Brian Davis was re-elected to serve a second term on the Board as an external Board Member. He is a CEO and a leadership catalyst, transforming the lives of fellow CEOs and business owners.
