Deep Niche Experience Intensifies Draw of Independent Bi-Coastal Agency

PORTLAND, Ore.--()--Strengthening its work with purpose-driven brands, Maxwell PR is taking Dave’s Killer Bread, the Pacific Northwest rock star, national. The agency is launching an aggressive media and blogger relations effort, social advertising and a brand platform built on the company’s commitment to hiring people with criminal backgrounds.

Designed to strengthen loyalty for its culinary nuts, the program includes extensive media outreach, managing a paid brand ambassador program, content development, community management and social advertising.

The new additions close a year of growth, which Maxwell anticipates will top 15 percent in 2014. It follows the agency’s increased emphasis on integrated marketing, including content and community management, social advertising and promotions. Last fall it also opened a PR Studio in Burlington, Vt. managed by Chrystie Heimert, who formerly held roles at Seventh Generation and Ben & Jerry’s.
