The warrants programme for management, division management, other senior managers and key employees implemented at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 December 2011 has resulted in an increase of the number of shares and votes in the company during November 2014 with 422,377 shares of series B and 422,377 votes, through conversion of subscription warrants into new shares in Hexagon AB (STO:HEXAB) .
As per 28 November 2014 there are in total 356,462,119 shares in the company, of which 15,750,000 are of series A with ten votes each and 340,712,119 are of series B with one vote each.
The total number of votes in Hexagon as per 28 November 2014 amounts to 498,212,119.
