CMC Jacksonville’s Amy Layne Becomes CAI Legislative Delegate

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--()--Community Management Concepts of Jacksonville, Inc. (CMC-Jax), an Associa company, congratulates Amy Layne, LCAM®, CMCA®, AMS® on her recent re-appointment to the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Florida Legislative Alliance Committee (FLAC) as an at-large delegate.

Layne is a licensed community manager at Associa’s CMC-Jax and responsible for nine associations, seven of which are condominiums. She’s been working in the industry for more than 15 years and is currently in the process of attaining her PCAM® designation, the highest level designation attained through CAI.

As a member of the Florida Legislative Alliance Committee, Layne will be a part of CAI's official voice with legislators and regulators in Florida in regards to regulatory matters that affect community associations, community association managers and CAI business partners. This will be her second year serving on this committee.
