Currently serving as Executive Chairman of Alegeus, Mr. Natt also served as CEO of PayFlex, the leader in healthcare and benefit payments, until presiding over its successful sale to Aetna in 2011. Prior to PayFlex, Natt pioneered the way for healthcare benefits debit cards while serving as CEO of MBI Benefits. Bob also held the position of CEO with Physicians Health Services, a leading Northeast Health Plan that he successfully took public and eventually sold to Health Net in 1998. His strategic vision of growth and innovation in the healthcare industry will be a vital asset to the advancement of Maestro’s unique private exchange solution.
Dr. Peter Hudson brings over 15 years experience founding and driving profitable business growth across multiple healthcare-related businesses. The latest and most notable venture was founding iTriage, the leading personal healthcare technology company, in 2008. Acquired by Aetna in 2011, iTriage was the first significant exit in the mobile health space and included a customer base that represented a significant percentage of the healthcare delivery system.
Dr. Hudson’s impact on the healthcare industry has not been overlooked being named one of the 12 Entrepreneurs Reinventing Healthcare in CNN Money (2012) and Colorado Technology Association Entrepreneurs of the Year (2013). Dr. Hudson was also an honored guest of the First Lady at the 2013 State of the Union Address representing healthcare technology as a major focus of the current administration.
