Elekta: Elekta’s Nomination Committee for the 2015 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the resolution passed by Elekta’s (EKTA-B.ST) Annual General Meeting on August 28, 2014, the Chairman of the Board has contacted the company’s four largest shareholders in terms of votes, in addition to the shareholder or shareholders represented by the Chairman himself, each of whom expressed an interest in participating in the Nomination Committee, and appointed one member (see below) to form Elekta’s Nomination Committee together with the Chairman of the Board.

Nomination Committee members:

· Laurent Leksell, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Elekta and representing his own and related parties’ holdings

· Åsa Nisell, appointed by Swedbank Robur funds

· Jens Barnevik, appointed by Didner & Gerge Funds

· Anders Oscarsson, appointed by AMF and AMF Funds

· Ossian Ekdahl, appointed by the First Swedish National Pension Fund

The Nomination Committee will appoint one of its members as Chairman.

The Nomination Committee is tasked ahead of the 2015 Annual General Meeting with preparing proposals pertaining to the number of Board members, Board fees, fees for committee work, the composition of the Board, election of the Chairman of the Board, election of the Chairman of the Annual General Meeting, auditors’ fees and election of auditors as well as guidelines for appointing the Nomination Committee.
