SouthCorp Capital Announces Negotiating Acquisition of a 12-Unit Apartment Building

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--()--SouthCorp Capital, Inc. (OTCQB: STHC) announced today that the Company is negotiating the acquisition of a 12-unit apartment building. The Company expects to have the properties rented upon acquisition of the properties. The Company expects the cap rate to be between 20-25%. Capitalization rate (or "cap rate") is the ratio between the net operating income produced by an asset and its capital cost.
