[NYSE: PVH], the owner of the Van Heusen brand, today announced a partnership with non-profit philanthropic organization Career Gear, which provides professional clothing, mentoring and life-skills to help economically disadvantaged men, challenging consumers to #GiveAShirt. This holiday season, between November 3, 2014 and January 4, 2015, every time a consumer uses the hashtag #GiveAShirt on any of their social channels – Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, PVH’s Van Heusen division will donate a dress shirt to Career Gear, up to 10,000 shirts.

Van Heusen spokesmen and football legends Steve Young and Jerry Rice will be joined by former New York Giants running back David Wilson to launch the campaign via a full slate of earned and social media activations.
