DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ad:tech New York 2014, the longest-running digital marketing event in the industry, has announced three major names in the business world to headline its opening keynote session. Mick Ebeling, award-winning producer for Not Impossible Labs, will begin with “Not Impossible - How Brands will Change the World with Mick Ebeling.” Following Ebeling, Babs Rangaiah, vice president of global media innovation & ventures for Unilever and Brian Monahan, vice president of marketing for Walmart.com will take the main stage to continue the discussion with “Igniting Innovation in Your Brand.” Both of these topics will provide new insight on how brands can use digital marketing to stand out in today’s hyper-competitive environment.
“There is more marketplace competition in 2014 than ever before. In order to stay afloat, brands must meet consumer demand for ultra-personalized experiences,” said Kimberly Dunn, marketing director for ad:tech. “We are very excited to have Mick share his viewpoints on how advertising is changing the business world and hear real-life examples of how Unilever and Walmart leverage platforms and partnerships to drive innovation that creates relevant consumer experiences.”
Ebeling, Rangaiah and Monahan will speak on Nov. 5 at 9 a.m. Ebeling, a recipient of the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian of the Year award and creator of the Eyewriter, is known for spearheading projects in which technology is at the forefront of helping people. Rangaiah brings more than 15 years’ experience to the conversation; in his day-to-day role, he seeks out new digital investment opportunities for Unilever and leads the company’s global media vision and strategy team. Monahan has more than 20 years of digital advertising experience helping brands harness emerging technology, creative, market research and analytics to drive new customer acquisition and other business initiatives.
