MAYWOOD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Community Bank of Bergen County, NJ (OTCBB:CMTB) announced today the hiring of two loan originators – Symantha Ferares and Kerry Sandt. Ferares and Sandt each bring with them more than 12 years of loan experience.

Ms. Sandt joins Community Bank of Bergen County NJ, from Customized Mortgage Solutions in Old Tappan, New Jersey, where she worked as a loan originator. Sandt holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in business from the University of Scranton. She resides in Hillsdale, New Jersey with her husband Ed, a high school teacher, and their three young daughters.
Ms. Ferares joins CBBC from Alpine Mortgage Company in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. Ferares has a background in sales, finance, customer service, networking, operations, and team management. Ferares resides in Maywood, New Jersey.
Ferares and Sandt will be based in the Bank’s Operations Center located at 18 Railroad in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. However, they will also assist and support the local branches and offer on-the-ground support to the Bank’s lending customers.
