Francis joins Aldera with more than 25 years of industry and sales management experience. He was previously CSO for Alegeus Technologies, a benefit and payment solutions provider. Prior to Alegeus Technologies, Francis was senior vice president at American Well Corporation, a software technology company that specializes in web-based healthcare. Earlier, Francis spent eight years at TriZetto Corporation where, as vice president of regional markets, he was responsible for leading a national sales and account management team that consistently exceeded corporate goals for growth and client retention.
