FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has been awarded a new single-award blanket purchase agreement with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute (NCI) to support the Expand and Promote NCI Tobacco Cessation Resources program. The contract has a maximum value of $100 million, which will be paid entirely with federal funds, and a term of one base year and four options years.
ICF will support NCI in the expansion of communication work to include numerous websites, text-based cessation intervention programs, smartphone apps and social media channels. Additionally, ICF will provide messaging expertise to develop evidence-based communication materials designed to illicit maximum behavior change.
