Prognosis Chosen for Avaya DevConnect Select Product Program in Asia Pacific

SYDNEY--()--Integrated Research (ASX:IRI) today announced that Prognosis, a real-time performance management solution for Avaya Aura and other unified communications platforms, has been selected by Avaya for the Avaya DevConnect Select Product Program (SPP) in Asia Pacific.

Avaya clients in Australia, Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam now have direct access through their Avaya representative or reseller to award-winning Prognosis monitoring technology to maximize the performance of their communications investments.

Avaya launched its DevConnect Select Product Program in North America in February 2012, selecting IR Prognosis for UC as one of its strategic partner solutions. Since then, the program has expanded to Europe. Following its success in these regions, it is now expanding to Asia Pacific, South Africa, and the United Arab Emirates.

Avaya has engaged with Integrated Research to deliver integration between their systems and unique capabilities that benefit Avaya customers. Real time insight into unified communication interactions is one example of many capabilities that have been delivered to date as part of this strategic relationship.

This includes applications such as call distribution, call recording, voice recognition and outbound dialing systems.
