The agreement establishes a direct data connection to Trulia for Edina Realty. This ensures listings are accurate and up-to-date, benefiting agents and their seller clients, as well as the more than 57 million monthly unique visitors to Trulia, as of July 31, 2014.
The agreement is structured to provide great value for Edina Realty agents and their clients by establishing an efficient technical framework to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of listings. As part of the agreement, Edina Realty will receive fresh, accurate listings on Trulia, prominent branding and exposure to Trulia’s large consumer audience.
