Tenley P. Callaghan To Serve as Managing Director of Granite State Title Services

CONCORD, N.H.--()--Tenley P. Callaghan of Concord, N.H., has been named Managing Director of Granite State Title Services, an affiliate of the Concord, N.H.-based, northern New England law firm of Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A.

Tenley has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, primarily representing lenders in loan transactions. Prior to joining Cleveland, Waters and Bass in July as a Senior Attorney (a role in which she will continue to serve), she was title attorney for Horizon Settlement Services for twelve years, preparing loan and closing documents and conducting closings for clients throughout New Hampshire and northern New England.

Tenley is a member of the City of Concord Board of Ethics and has served as a Director and Officer of the Concord Public Library Foundation.

Tenley is a member of the New Hampshire bar. She earned a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College and a J.D. from Villanova Law School.
