TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As demand grows for rich 4G mobile experiences, Syniverse announced its significant role enabling The Alaska Wireless Network to recently launch LTE roaming and interworking with a major Tier 1 North America operator, marking another step in Syniverse’s LTE leadership. To make this possible, The Alaska Wireless Network signed a multiyear agreement for Syniverse’s award-winning LTE solutions, including Diameter Signaling Service, IPX Network Solution and Reach Management.
Enabling ubiquitous LTE roaming is a complex challenge that requires thorough testing and issue resolution to ensure seamless roaming processes. A crucial part of this involves the deployment of an IPX network and the enablement of diameter signaling protocol, including managing the proper routing and delivery of diameter signaling messages to ensure seamless connectivity between different operators. In addition, Syniverse’s Reach Management solution plays an important role to enable roaming agreement management, IREG and TADIG testing, and SIM management.
