  • The Panda Temple plant is the one of the most modern gas-fueled power stations in the nation, utilizing state-of-the-art generation and emissions-control technology.
  • Is one of the nation’s first “quick-start” combined-cycle power plants with combustion turbines that can achieve full load within 30 minutes with the entire plant achieving full power production within 60 minutes
  • Supports the development of additional renewable generation by closing the generating gap caused when renewable energy suddenly drops offline
