DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Moroch Partners, one of the top independently owned fully-integrated advertising agencies in the country, has announced the appointment of Doug Martin as the agency’s first Chief Client Service and Development Officer. This newly created role will focus on developing and implementing a common client experience, while elevating and leading the agency’s brand management and new business development process.

Over the past 25 years, Martin has worked for a variety of distinguished independent agencies, including Wieden + Kennedy, Leagas~Delaney and most recently held the position of Principal at The Richards Group. Throughout his career he has worked with nearly 100 globally recognized brands including The Home Depot, Nike, Patron, Miller Brewing, adidas, Spalding, Luzianne, Russell Athletics, among others. In addition, he currently serves on several boards including Family Compass, employAbility and the University of Oklahoma’s Gaylord College Board of Visitors. Martin will be based in Moroch’s Dallas headquarters.
