JANESVILLE, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--This summer, during a time of impressive growth for the company, Data Dimensions celebrated the hiring of its 1,000th employee.
For 40 years, Data Dimensions has been a leader in the area of business process automation (BPA). As more businesses look to increase efficiency by eliminating paperwork and outsourcing tasks to focus on core competencies, Data Dimensions has continued to expand.
Much of Data Dimensions’ recent growth has been thanks to the expanded workload of its Government Division. To handle the additional processing of documents for Veterans Affairs, more than 60 team members are being added at the company’s production facility in Janesville, where Data Dimensions processed 38 million images in the month of July alone. In addition, Data Dimensions continues to add employees to its newest facility, a state-of-the-art building in Clinton, IA, which began operations in November 2013 and has space to accommodate up to 450 team members.
“Natural, organic growth is taking place at Clinton,” explains Jon Boumstein, President and CEO of Data Dimensions. “New people are getting hired, and they’re continuing to get faster. Ultimately, our expansion at both locations is assisting the Veterans Administration in accelerating its claims processing.”
Data Dimensions’ growth will continue. The company announced plans to open a new facility in Mt. Sterling, KY, in 2015, and hiring will begin this fall. In addition to its facilities in Janesville and Clinton, Data Dimensions also has offices in Brown Deer and Brookfield, WI.
The company’s growth is being recognized. In August, Data Dimensions earned a spot for the second time on the exclusive Inc. 5000 list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies compiled by Inc. Magazine. Data Dimensions generated 390 jobs over the past three years, placing it among the top private job creators in the business products and services industry.
