COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Integra Realty Resources (IRR), North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation and counseling firm, announced today that Megan U. Glosser of the firm’s Columbus office has earned the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation in recognition of her experience in valuing commercial, industrial, multifamily, and other complex asset classes, as well as her skill in advising clients on real estate investment decisions. Glosser’s achievement brings the total number of MAI-designated professionals at IRR-Columbus to seven, making the office the state’s leader among appraisal firms for total MAI-designated valuation experts. Following this honorable accomplishment, Glosser was also promoted to Director of the Columbus office.

Glosser joined IRR-Columbus after graduating from Ohio State in 2007 where she majored in real estate and finance, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Her valuation experience spans all property types, with a special focus on the hospitality industry, including both limited and full service properties. She has been a leader in developing computer models for analyzing hotel market dynamics. Her client base includes a diverse mix of attorneys, financial institutions, and property owners, among others.
In addition to her role at IRR, Glosser is on the Board of Trustees at the Unverferth House, a charitable organization serving the needs of Ohio State University Hospital patients and families.
