According to China's Ministry of Commerce, during the first half year of 2014, the total revenue of China's E-commerce is around RMB 5.66 Trillion, representing a 30.1% increase compared to last year. In this case, JBL will focus on building an integrated E-commerce system as its key competitive advantage, with two brands, 'SHINIQUE' and 'ANDRIAS' and two well-known E-commerce platforms, 'www.tmall.com' and 'www.jd.com', as well as independent B2C platform and online social platforms.
JBL has recruited over 20 talents in the E-commerce field for its operation team till now and aims to expand to more than 100 by the end of this year. Up to the end of July 2014, JBL has finished products design and development, TMALL online store application, products production and quality inspection for 'ANDRIAS' brand, with TMALL store design, and development of 'WECHAT' and 'WEIBO' online social platforms expected to be finished by August 20th. JBL plans to open its 'ANDRIAS' TMALL online store on Sep. 1st, 2014.
