Magnetic Augmentation Device
The device is a small implant comprised of interlinked beads with magnetic cores. It can be placed around the proximal stomach creating a smaller stomach pouch. The magnetic beads are designed to respond dynamically to pressure changes in the stomach pouch reducing the stomach’s capacity.
